Knives and Tools of Trade. 16.4.1 The classification rate for members of a killing and dressing team, general slaughterer, and for a boner and slicer, includes an allowance for the provision by those employees of their own knives and tools of trade, and they shall provide them accordingly.

Knives and Tools of Trade. Employees engaged in classifications 1 to 3A inclusive shall, if required by Xxxx Xxx provide their own knives and other associated equipment on the basis that full and adequate allowance therefore has been made in the ordinary rates of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the appropriate work classifications. Employees engaged in classifications 4 to 7 inclusive and who are required to supply their own knives shall be paid an allowance of 43 cents per day or shift upon which they are required to so supply, and such allowance shall not be taken into account when calculating any other entitlement under this Agreement.
Knives and Tools of Trade. 14.5.1 The following tools of trade shall be supplied to employees classified in Employee Level 3,4 and 5 when necessary for the performance of their duties (knives, scabbard, steel). These shall remain on the property of the employer and shall be returned to the employer on termination of employment. If they are not returned the employer shall be entitled to deduct their cost from any money owing to an employee.

  • Use of Trademarks Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Sponsor hereby represents and warrants that it has the power and authority to grant, and does hereby grant to Show Management a non-exclusive, nontrans- ferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce and display all logos, trademarks, trade names and similar identifying material relating to Sponsor (the ”Sponsor Marks”) solely in connection with the promotion, marketing and distribution of the parties in accordance with the terms hereof, provided, however, that Show Management shall, other than as specifically provided for in this Agreement, not make any specific use of any Sponsor Mark without first submitting a sample of such use to Spon- sor and obtaining its prior consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.   • Use of Trademark In the case that the Subscriber provides a telecommunication service to an Subscriber’s Customer pursuant to Section 8.1, if the Subscriber desires to use SORACOM’s trademark, the Subscriber shall obtain SORACOM’s consent in writing to do so before using SORACOM’s trademark, and shall comply with any other conditions relating to the use of SORACOM’s trademark specified by SORACOM separately.

  • UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT 23.1 Uniforms‌ The Employer may require employees to wear uniforms. Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent clothing allowance. The Employer will follow their policy regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear. The cost of normal wear and tear and loss of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear due to workplace conditions is the responsibility of the Employer.

  • Qualifications of Trainer Persons providing the training shall be knowledgeable about the subject area.

  • Tools and Equipment As established by current practices, the Employer may determine and provide necessary tools, tool allowance, equipment and foul weather gear. The Employer will repair or replace employer-provided tools and equipment if damaged or worn out beyond usefulness in the normal course of business. Employees are accountable for equipment and/or tools assigned to them and will maintain them in a clean and serviceable condition.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Means of Transfer You authorize us to select any means we deem suitable to provide your instructions to the applicable financial institution. These choices include banking channels, electronic means, mail, courier, or telecommunications services, intermediary financial institutions and other organizations. You agree to be bound by the rules and regulations that govern the applicable systems, such as the Clearing House Interbank Payments System (CHIPS) or automated clearing house (ACH) as published by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA).
