Labor Day Paid Holidays None Shift Rates The first shift shall work seven hours at the regular straight time rate. The second and third shift shall work seven hours the regular straight time hourly rate plus a fourteen percent wage and benefit premium. Off hour work in occupied or retail buildings may be worked on weekdays with an increment of $1.00 per hour and eight hours pay for seven (7) hours worked. Holiday During Leave Should an employee be on authorized paid leave when a holiday occurs, such holiday shall not be charged against such leave or vacation.
Labor Laws and Prevailing Wages Insofar as applicable to the operations, PURCHASER shall comply with all state and federal laws in the employment and payment of labor.
Labor Management 1. Labor/management meetings will be held at the request of either party as needed/monthly.
Unfair Labor Practices The Grantee shall comply with the Employers Engaging in Unfair Labor Practices Act, 1980 PA 278, as amended, MCL 423.321 et seq.
Holiday Leave Holiday leave provisions shall be as noted below:
Labor Matters No labor problem or dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries exists or is threatened or imminent, and the Company is not aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or its subsidiaries’ principal suppliers, contractors or customers, that could have a Material Adverse Effect.
Occupational Injury Leave Occupational injury leave shall be governed by the Rules promulgated on this subject and the Ohio Revised Code 5503 as they exist on March 26, 1989, except as modified in this Article. All employees in the bargaining unit shall be entitled to occupational injury leave.
Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.
Federal Occupational Safety and Health Law Contractor represents and warrants that all articles and services shall meet or exceed the safety standards established and promulgated under the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended (29 U.S.C. Chapter 15).
