Common use of LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. A. The Board and the Union agree that cooperation between the parties benefits the students, staff and administration of the Baltimore City Public School System. To this end, the Board and the Union agree to establish a Labor Management Committee. The Board and Union agree to meet at least six (6) times per fiscal year, to discuss matters of mutual concern. Such meetings shall not be used by either party to present or discuss grievances in any form or fashion.
