Labor Meetings. Upon request by the Local Union for a Labor Meeting, the Administration will have seven (7) days to reply with a proposed meeting date. This date shall fall within a period no greater than thirty (30) days after the initial request was made. An agenda for this meeting will be provided by the Local Union at the time of the request to allow the Administration the opportunity to prepare for this meeting. Additionally, the parties agree that they shall meet bi- annually at a mutually agreed time to discuss problems, settle disputes, administration of the Agreement, and preserve a good labor/management relationship.
Labor Meetings. The Parties here noted shall hold a quarterly meeting to exchange information and concerns. At a minimum, the Site Manager (Project Manager or Contract Manager and/or Operations Manager) will represent the Employer. At a minimum, the local President, both Vice Presidents, and the Unit Chair Person will represent the Union. The Union will request such meetings in writing to the Site Manager. Such requests will include an agenda of issues to be discussed. The Site Manager will reply establishing the time and place of the meeting. The Company will not pay the Union’s Representatives for time spent in this regard.
Labor Meetings. The Association President or E-Board member as 39 designated by the Association and the University’s chief human resources officer or designee 40 shall schedule meetings as needed, but not more frequently than every other month, to review 41 pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such 42 grievances and issues. The Association President or E-Board member as designated by the 43 Association and the University’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree 44 on the participation of other Association and University representatives at these meetings on a 45 case-by-case basis.
