Work Schedule Defined. The parties agree that the Department’s work schedule for Patrol Officers, Sergeants, and Lieutenants will be four (4), ten (10) hour days. However, management may change the schedule subject to Section 1 above. The parties agree that the Department’s work schedule for Dispatchers will be five (5), eight (8) hour days. However, management may change the schedule subject to Section 1 above.
