Work Schedule Defined. The parties agree that the Department’s work schedule for Patrol Officers, Sergeants, and Lieutenants will be four (4), ten (10) hour days. The 4/10 work schedule shall be defined as working eight (8) days for eighty (80) hours in a two week pay period by working eight (8) days (Monday through Thursday, Fridays off) at ten (10) hours per day, plus a one-hour lunch during each work shift, totaling forty (40) hours in each work week.
