LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 9.01 A Labour Management Committee shall consist of not more than four (4) representatives of the University, and not more than four (4) representatives of the Union. The Committee shall convene at the request of either party. The date, time and place of such meeting shall be by agreement of the parties and be held within seven (7) days of the said request. The purpose of such meetings shall be to discuss and settle, if possible, all matters of concern pertaining to the performance of work, conditions of employment, technological change, rates of pay for new classifications, job descriptions, hours of work, filling of vacancies, differences, disputes, grievances or any other matter of concern raised by either of the parties. All discussions will be without prejudice or precedent and there will be no limitations on the agenda items.
