LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 33.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of up to three (3) Shop Stewards from the Union and up to three (3) representatives from the Employer. Such committee shall meet on a regular basis. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Employer. The committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend any of the terms and conditions contained in the Collective Agreement. 33.02 Minutes of all meetings that occur shall be kept and a copy shall be given to each member of the committee and, as well, a copy shall be posted on the bulletin board for all employees to see. The Union office shall be provided with a copy of these minutes, upon request. The chairperson of this committee shall rotate from meeting to meeting to ensure that there is an equal balance of representation in this position between management and the employees.
