Common use of LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS Clause in Contracts

LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 33.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of up to three (3) Shop Stewards from the Union and up to three (3) representatives from the Employer. Such committee shall meet on a regular basis. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Employer.
