LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 32.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed consisting of an equal number of representatives from the Union and the Employer. There shall be a maximum of seven (7) representatives from each party. The Committee shall meet on request of either party or at least every third month for the purposes of discussing matters of mutual concern. The Committee shall discuss and make recommendations relating to improving and maintaining a healthy working environment. Time spent by employees in carrying out the functions of the Committee shall be considered to be time worked. The Union Representative may also attend such meetings.
