LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 9.01 A Labour Management Committee will be established to consist of not more than 4 representatives of the University and not more than 4 representatives of the Union. 9.02 The committee will meet at the request of either party at a mutually acceptable time and place, within 7 calendar days of said request. 9.03 Each party will designate the minimum number of its representatives authorized to attend such meetings. 9.04 The purpose of such meetings will be to discuss and resolve, if possible, all matters of concern pertaining to the performance of work, conditions of employment, technological change, rates of pay for new classifications, reclassifications, job descriptions, withholding of increments, hours of work, filling of vacancies, promotions, staff changes, suspensions or discharge of employees, benefits, concessions, contract interpretations, differences, disputes, grievances, or any other matter of concern raised by either of the parties. 9.05 All discussions at such meetings are without prejudice or precedent and will not be cited by either party at any arbitration.
