LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 46.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of Shop Stewards from the Union and representatives from the Employer. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The committee shall meet at the request of either party for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern, including, but not limited to, staff recruitment and retention, training, communications, staffing levels, workloads, and funding arrangements. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for (or banked) at straight time by the Employer. The committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend any of the terms and conditions contained in the Collective Agreement.

LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 46.01 38.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of Shop Stewards from the Union and representatives Representatives from the EmployerCo- operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The committee Union Representative shall provide the Human Resource Manager with prior notice when they intend on attending a Labour/Management Relations Committee meeting. The Committee shall meet quarterly or at the request of either party party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern, including, but not limited to, staff recruitment and retention, training, communications, staffing levels, workloads, and funding arrangements. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this committee Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for (or banked) at straight time by the EmployerCo-operative. The full-time Union Representative and one of the Employer’s Human Resources personnel may also attend these meetings from time to time. The committee shall meet at the request of either party for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern, including, including but not limited to, staff to recruitment and retention, training, communications, staffing levels, workloadslayoffs, communications and funding arrangementscontinuing education. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for (or banked) at straight time by the Employer. The committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend any of the terms and conditions contained in the Collective Agreement.
