Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. As a part of the Xxxx Xxxxxx team, PGA Design will prepare the urban design, landscape architecture and irrigation elements of the project. The design will be based upon the landscape design report prepared as a part of the PDR process. The Xxxx Xxxxxx team will prepare specifications in City standard format and provide the technical special provisions. Front end “boilerplate” and contract documentation will be provided by the City. The Xxxx Xxxxxx team will prepare an opinion of probable construction costs broken down into unit costs as appropriate for the design and items of work. As a part of the Xxxx Xxxxxx team, Xxxxx Design group and Xxxxxxxxx & Associates will perform a peer review of the 65% design and provide comments for review by the team and the City.

  • Landscape Develop and coordinate landscape design concepts entailing analysis of existing conditions, proposed components and how the occupants will use the facility. Include location and description of planting, ground improvements and visual barriers.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.
