Technical Special Provisions. Engineer will prepare Technical Special Provisions for all work not adequately addressed by the Maricopa Association of Governments standard specifications and details. City’s technical provisions will be used as a starting point for project provisions. Each pay item will be identified in the technical special provisions for both measurement and payment. The City will be responsible for preparation of contract general conditions and special provisions and other “front end” contract documents.

Technical Special Provisions. The Technical Special Provisions shall be technical in nature and shall provide a description of work, materials, equipment and specific requirements, method of measurement and basis of payment. Proposed Technical Special Provisions will be submitted to the COUNTY for review at the time of plans review submission to the COUNTY. The Technical Special Provisions will be reviewed for suitability in accordance with the COUNTY standards and FDOT Handbook for Preparation of Specification Package.

Related to Technical Special Provisions

  • COLORADO SPECIAL PROVISIONS (COLORADO FISCAL RULE 3-3) These Special Provisions apply to all contracts except where noted in italics.

  • TECHNICAL PROVISIONS The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, supplies, manpower and pay disposal fees, to complete the work specified in this contract. As stated, the work performed will consist of mowing (roadside and slope/ditch mowing, litter and grass clipping removal, edging, herbicide treatment, brush control), fertilization of turf and additional litter removal.

  • Special Provisions 9 A. CONTRACTOR shall not use the funds provided by means of this Agreement for the following 10 purposes:

  • Initial Provisions Article 1

  • Final Provisions Clause 16 Non-compliance with the Clauses and termination

  • SPECIAL PROVISION The failure of the COUNTY to insist upon the strict performance of any provision of this Agreement or to exercise any right based upon breach thereof or the acceptance of any performance during such breach shall not constitute a waiver of any right under this Agreement.

  • Transitional Provisions 24.1. As from the official date of entry into force of the 01 series of amendments to this Regulation, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant or refuse to accept type approval under this Regulation as amended by the 01 series of amendments.

  • Specific Provisions for Access Rights to Software For the avoidance of doubt, the general provisions for Access Rights provided for in this Section 9 are applicable also to Software. Parties’ Access Rights to Software do not include any right to receive source code or object code ported to a certain hardware platform or any right to receive respective Software documentation in any particular form or detail, but only as available from the Party granting the Access Rights.

  • Financial Provisions Any cooperative activities envisaged or undertaken under this Agreement shall be subject to the availability of resources and to the laws, regulations and policies of the Parties. Costs of cooperative activities shall be borne in such manner as may be mutually determined from time to time between the Parties.

  • Definitions and General Provisions The following words and terms as hereinafter used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings unless otherwise herein provided and unless the context or use clearly indicates an other or different meaning or intent.
