Last Chance Agreement Language. If such incident(s) occur during the last chance period, the employer reserves the right to terminate [employee name]. [Employee name] and the Association reserve the right to appeal the termination to arbitration per the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Wisconsin Statutes, but in the event there is a hearing regarding such termination, the parties agree that the only issue will be “did [employee name] engage in activity in violation of the last chance requirements?”
