Late Arrival Policy. I will be on time for my tutoring appointments. I will make every effort to contact the ACE if I am running late. I understand that my appointment will remain open until 10 minutes past the hour. After that time, my appointment will become open to another student. If I arrive after 10 minutes past the hour, my appointment will be considered cancelled for that week. I may meet with my tutor if he or she is still available; if not, I may meet with another tutor if someone else is available.

Late Arrival Policy. Cancellation Policy: Payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise organized through the School and Adult Group Manager. Please submit payment in one transaction. We do not process individual transactions. If you are running late, please call the Education Department at 000-000-0000 x00. For guided tours, educators will wait 15 minutes past the scheduled arrival time unless otherwise notified. If it is 15 minutes past your scheduled arrival time and we have not received notice or your entire group is not present, your program may be switched to self-guided though you will not receive a refund for your guided tour and/or workshop. Late cancellations or tour no-shows will be billed the full amount of their scheduled program. Tips are given directly to the therapist rather than processed by the front desk. INFORMED CONSENT  The Treatment plan will be discussed with you prior to your scheduled session. During your first visit with us you will receive a copy of the massage therapy policies and will be asked to sign the consent statement that you have read, understand and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures.  Clients who we have not seen for at least a year also will be asked to fill out this form again.
Late Arrival Policy. If you make a reservation specifying a pick-up location and you do not arrive at the specified pick-up location for the rental within an hour of the specified pick-up time, (or if the location closes before then, by the location's closing time), the reservation will expire. However if you are arriving by airplane and have provided Hertz with flight details (including airline and flight number), the reservation will be held until one hour after the flight has landed and cleared. In the case of flight delay whereby the new arrival time is outside of the pick-up location opening hours, the location will remain open provided that the carrier has notified the delay and the new arrival time. If you are a Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Member, the pick-up period will be extended to two hours in each case. Late Arrival Policy. In-person and Tele-counselling (on-line) sessions If you arrive or log-in late for your appointment, in most cases, your session will still need to finish at the scheduled time to enable me to attend other appointments on time. If the participant arrives late to the Afterschool and Expanded Learning program, then a late arrival form must be submitted to the Site Coordinator a week prior to the late arrival. Late Arrival Policy. A child may be released early or arrive late from the after school program prior to the end of the program time at 6:00 p.m. based upon the following conditions: Attending a parallel program (programs in the school or community centers such as soccer, basketball, etc.) as long as an agreement or partnership with the program exists thus making this parallel program the child’s enrichment component.
