Site Coordinator. The LEA will identify, for each student enrolled in an IDLA course, an employee of the LEA, to counsel and enroll the student and act as the LEA's Site Coordinator.
i. The responsibility of the Site Coordinator includes but is not limited to: advising the student on appropriate courses for registration, ensuring that the student is completing work on a timely basis, checking grades regularly, and proctoring exams.
ii. The Site Coordinator is responsible for facilitating communications with the student’s parents/guardians, regarding course progress, and the IDLA online instructor. The Site Coordinator is not expected to be a subject area expert. Rather the role of the Site Coordinator is to regularly motivate and monitor student progress. It is highly recommended that a Site Coordinator also be accessible during the summer session, when local students are enrolled.
iii. The Site Coordinator is a school’s contact point for the IDLA instructor and staff. Frequent email or phone communication between the IDLA instructor and Site Coordinator is required. The Site Coordinator is expected to make regular contact with the student and assess the student’s progress.
iv. The Site Coordinator will be provided access to the free Site Coordinator Course provided by IDLA. It is highly recommended that a trained site coordinator be located at each building site where there are IDLA-enrolled students.
Site Coordinator unavailability If Site Coordinator is unable to be on-site due to illness or emergency, Program Manager will communicate with Customer regarding alternative support of Junior Coach training and coaching sessions with Recess Coach. Program Manager may make additional observation visits to Customer as needed to address such unavailability. Overview Playworks will meet at least twice with Customer administration to evaluate ongoing Playworks Programming and support for continued school climate improvement. Observation visits Playworks will conduct observation visits during onsite implementation of the Program. Program Manager will observe and assess recess function and efficacy including the impact of the Junior Coach Program during recess. Playworks will provide feedback to Recess Coach and Recess Manager. Consultation visits Program Manager will lead consultation sessions to Customer, one in the fall and one in the spring. Program Manager will formally evaluate Program implementation and provide Customer administration with assessments and recommendations. Planning calls and/or meetings Prior to the Site Coordinator’s first week, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to participate in planning calls and/or meetings with Playworks to assign school staff roles, communicate to the school, set up the schedule, and disseminate/collect paperwork to support the Program. Program setup Customer acknowledges that the Program requires setup and school staff participation in order to deliver Program components effectively. No later than two weeks prior to the Site-Coordinator’s on-site arrival, Customer will ensure setup and required school staff participation: ● Confirm the Recess Manager, Recess Coach, and Recess Team ● Set and confirm schedule of orientation day(s) activities ● Ensure required school staff attendance per component Impact measureme nt tools Playworks may use one or more of the following tools to measure Program impact: ● Teacher-reported survey about student SEL growth. Site Coordinator. The Clinical Education Setting shall appoint an employee to serve as a coordinator at the site for each Program (for purposes of this Agreement, the "Site Coordinator"), and shall communicate his or her name, title and telephone number to COLLEGE. The Site Coordinator shall be responsible for overall management of the experience at the Clinical Education Setting.

Due to the safety of guests, “bubbles” are only permitted outside the building. Damaged Items. Damaged equipment, flooring, furniture, or props will be charged to you for replacement or repair.
