LAUNDERING OF PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. Protective clothing will be laundered as required on the basis of contamination, e.g., body fluids, hazardous chemicals, wastewater contaminants. LAUNDERING OF PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. The Employer commits to the laundering of employer supplied protective clothing utilised by the Employee in the normal course of their role. The Employer will complete the laundering of clothes on site at no charge to Employees.

LAUNDERING OF PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. Xxxxxxxx'x Cakes will supply and launder uniforms and provide protective clothing or equipment in accordance with industry and safety standards. In instances departing from the above where the employer supplies the uniform and the employee is required to launder the uniform the employee will be paid 13.5 cents per hour up to a maximum of $5.10 per week.

In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.

  • Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the contract only. The contractor will comply will all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions The Borrower has implemented and maintains in effect policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance by the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions, and the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective officers and employees and to the knowledge of the Borrower its directors and agents, are in compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all material respects. None of (a) the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any of their respective directors, officers or employees, or (b) to the knowledge of the Borrower, any agent of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that will act in any capacity in connection with or benefit from the credit facility established hereby, is a Sanctioned Person. No Borrowing or Letter of Credit, use of proceeds or other transaction contemplated by this Agreement will violate any Anti-Corruption Law or applicable Sanctions.
