LAWS/ORDINANCES. The Contractor shall observe and comply with all Federal, state, local and municipal laws, ordinances rules and regulations that would apply to this contract.

LAWS/ORDINANCES. Lessee further agrees to comply, at Lessee's expense, with all ordinances and laws, now existing or to be enacted with respect to the leased premises which relate to Lessee's business.

LAWS/ORDINANCES. To comply promptly with any law, ordinance, order, rule or regulation of all authorities exercising jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the construction thereon, including appropriate supervising boards of fire underwriters and similar agencies and the requirements of any insurer issuing coverage on the Project.
LAWS/ORDINANCES. Regulations, and Americans with Disabilities Act. Landlord shall comply, at its sole cost, with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations (state, federal, municipal, or promulgated by other agencies or bodies having any jurisdiction thereof) relating to the use (based upon the approved use for Tenant hereunder), condition, or occupancy of the Leased Premises. Tenant shall comply, at its sole cost, with requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act which provides for the removal of architectural barriers that prevent equal access to disabled persons on the interior of the Leased Premises. To the extent that barrier removal relates to access on the exterior of the Project, the obligation shall be that of the Landlord.
LAWS/ORDINANCES. REGULATIONS - Grantee shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations of the State, county, and municipality wherein the licensed premises are located with regard to construction, sanitation, licenses or permits to do business, and all other matters.
LAWS/ORDINANCES. The parties agree to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws. If any provision of this Agreement shall be found contrary to law, then such provision shall not be deemed valid except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement expresses the understanding of the parties in respect to the matters herein contained and it may not be changed or modified except by mutual agreement of the parties hereto.
