LEASE TERM SHEET Clause Samples

It typically includes essential details such as the lease duration, rent amount, security deposit, renewal options, and responsibilities for maintenance or utilities. By providing a clear, concise overview of the main deal points before drafting a full lease, the Lease Term Sheet helps both parties quickly identify and resolve major issues, ensuring alignment and streamlining the negotiation process.
