Leave and Holiday Pay. Job sharing employees shall accrue vacation leave, sick leave and holiday pay based on a prorate of hours worked or in paid status in a month during which the employee is in paid status for thirty-two (32) hours or more. Holiday pay shall be in accordance with Article 13 (Holidays). Individual salary review dates will be established for job share employees.
