Leave for Conference, Conventions, etc. With approval of the Superintendent, official delegates of Salem Administrators’ Association shall be granted leave with pay to attend conventions of affiliated bodies, or other related functions that contribute to the advancement of educational welfare in the Salem Public Schools and the City of Salem.
