An employee, while on leave of absence, shall be deemed 13 to have voluntarily resigned from the Company upon accepting other employment, or engaged in 14 business for himself that prevents his return from leave, or is inconsistent with the medical or other 15 limitations that provide the basis for the employee’s leave of absence from the Company.
