Leave of Absence for Full-Time Union Duties. (1) An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the union shall be granted a leave of absence for up to twenty-four (24) months. During such leave of absence seniority shall continue to accumulate for the first twelve (12) months and shall be preserved, but ceases to accumulate thereafter.
