Common use of Leave of Absence for Union Activity Clause in Contracts

Leave of Absence for Union Activity. l. The State agrees to provide leaves of absence with pay for designees of the Union to attend Union activities. A total of 735 days of such leave of absence may be used during the period July l, l999 through June 30, 2000, and 735 days of such leaves of absence during the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001; and 735 days of such leaves of absence during the period July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002, and 735 days of such leaves of absence during the period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003.

Leave of Absence for Union Activity. l. The State agrees to provide leaves of absence with pay for designees of the Union to attend Union activities. A total of 735 120 days of such leave leaves of absence may be used during the period July l, l999 1999 through June 30, 2000, and 735 120 days of such leaves of absence during the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001; and 735 120 days of such leaves of absence during the period July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002, and 735 120 days of such leaves of absence during the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003.
