LEAVE OF ABSENCE - GENERAL. 5.1.1 Leaves of Absence Reimbursed by the Union Leaves of absence with pay may be granted to employees to permit their attendance at conventions, schools and seminars conducted by the Union and to employee(s) who are elected to the Executive Board of the Union, the Divisional Executive or as a mobilizer. The Union shall reimburse the College for all pay during such leaves and the College will endeavour to bill quarterly.
