Leave Plans. a) The Board will establish a Plan for sick leave credits for Employees. Employees shall be entitled to a credit of two (2) working days per month of full-time, active, continuous service. Such unused sick leave credits may be accumulated to a maximum of two-hundred and twenty-five (225) days which will permit continuing salary payments during a personal illness or disability or as defined under Article 12.
