Leave Respecting Death of a Child. An employee is entitled to a leave of absence without pay of up to 104 weeks if they are entitled to leave respecting the death of a child under the Employment Standards Act and such leave will be in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. Notwithstanding Clause 11.3(a) (Loss of Seniority), there will be no interruption in the accrual of seniority or eligibility for benefits provided for under Article 30 (Benefits).
