Leave to Accept Other City and County Position. Leave by an employee who has completed the probationary period to accept exempt or temporary appointment in the City and County service may be approved for the duration of such appointment. Denial of such leave by the appointing officer is appealable as provided elsewhere in this section.

  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.
