Leaves Section 13.01 Vacation. ‌ Each full-time employee shall accrue vacation time as set forth below, based on his or her continuous length of service, which has accumulated since his or her most recent anniversary date of employment. An employee’s request for vacation shall be affirmed or denied by the supervisor or manager within seven (7) calendar days of the employee’s initial written request.

The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise the Employer and provide necessary documentation within seven (7) days of returning to work.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:
