Leaving Board Service. (a) An employee leaving the service of the Board before the employee has taken their vacation shall be entitled to a proportionate payment of wages in lieu of such vacation. An employee leaving the service of the Board after the employee has taken their vacation may be required to repay a proportionate amount.
