Legal Picket Line. Refusal to cross or to work behind a picket line that is legally established pursuant to the Labour Relations Code of B.C. shall not constitute cause for discipline or dismissal. An employee who refuses to cross or work behind a picket line pursuant to this Article shall be considered to be absent without pay.
