Common use of Length of Collective Bargaining Agreement Clause in Contracts

Length of Collective Bargaining Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective September 1, 2013, and shall remain in effect through August 31, 2016. Letters of understanding agreed to by both parties shall have the same effect as contract language. These letters shall be added to the contract at the next contract opening.

If actual salary improvement monies become available to the District an adjustment in wages will be made.
