Lessor's Inspection. Lessor or its authorized representatives may at all reasonable times inspect the Aircraft and Lessee’s books and records relating to the Aircraft, provided such Aircraft is not scheduled for use at the time requested for inspection. Lessor's inspection will not interfere with Lessee's normal business operation.

Lessor's Inspection. Lessor shall at any an all times during business hours have the right to enter into and upon the premises where the Equipment may be located for the purpose of inspecting the same or observing its use. Lessee shall give Lessor immediate notice of any attachment or other judicial process affecting any item of the Equipment and shall, whenever requested advise Lessor of the exact location of the Equipment.
Lessor's Inspection. Upon the request of Lessor, Lessee shall advise Lessor as to the location of each Item of Equipment and shall, at any reasonable time, make the Equipment available to Lessor for inspection at the place where it is ordinarily located, and shall make Lessee's records pertaining to the Equipment available to Lessor for inspection.

Lessor's Inspection. Subject to Section 2.2 hereof, Lessor may enter the Leased Space for the purpose of inspecting all installed wiring and capital improvements and Lessee agrees to provide detailed as-built diagrams, as the Lessor may reasonably require, of the initial wiring installation and any changes thereto made during the Term.
