Lessor's Inspection. Lessor or its authorized representatives may at all reasonable times inspect the Aircraft and Lessee’s books and records relating to the Aircraft, provided such Aircraft is not scheduled for use at the time requested for inspection. Lessor's inspection will not interfere with Lessee's normal business operation.
Lessor's Inspection. Lessor shall at any an all times during business hours have the right to enter into and upon the premises where the Equipment may be located for the purpose of inspecting the same or observing its use. Lessee shall give Lessor immediate notice of any attachment or other judicial process affecting any item of the Equipment and shall, whenever requested advise Lessor of the exact location of the Equipment.
Lessor's Inspection. Upon the request of Lessor, Lessee shall advise Lessor as to the location of each Item of Equipment and shall, at any reasonable time, make the Equipment available to Lessor for inspection at the place where it is ordinarily located, and shall make Lessee's records pertaining to the Equipment available to Lessor for inspection.
Lessor's Inspection. Lessor or its employees, or agents, shall have the right to enter the Premises following at least twelve (12) hours prior notice thereof to Lessee (except that no prior notice to Lessee shall be required in the event of an emergency or for the performance of cleaning, janitorial and any other service required to be performed by Lessor under this Lease) at any reasonable time or times for the purpose of inspection, cleaning, repairs, altering, or improving the same but nothing contained herein shall be construed as imposing any obligation on Lessor to make any repairs, alterations or improvements which are the obligation of Lessee; provided, however, that Lessor shall not unreasonably interfere with Lessee's use and occupancy of the Premises.
Lessor's Inspection. Subject to Section 2.2 hereof, Lessor may enter the Leased Space for the purpose of inspecting all installed wiring and capital improvements and Lessee agrees to provide detailed as-built diagrams, as the Lessor may reasonably require, of the initial wiring installation and any changes thereto made during the Term.
Lessor's Inspection. During normal business hours and after five (5) days written notice to Lessee, Lessor, its agents or attorneys, shall have the right to enter upon the Premises to inspect the Premises, and to determine if Lessee is then complying with the terms of this Lease. Lessor shall have the right to post and maintain on the Premises all notices of non-responsibility that Lessor may deem necessary or proper to protect Lessor's title in and to the Premises against any liens of mechanics or others on the Premises.
Lessor's Inspection. Upon reasonable notice to Lessee, Lessor shall have the right to inspect any of the Equipment at any reasonable time, and on reasonable notice, but without undue disruption to the business of Lessee.
Lessor's Inspection. Lessor shall, at any and all times during Lessee's normal business hours, have the right to enter the premises where the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting the same or observing the use thereof. Lessee shall not be permitted to remove any item of Equipment from the location indicated on the Schedule without the prior written consent of Lessor.
Lessor's Inspection. Lessor, at all times during normal business hours, shall have the right to enter upon the premises where the Property is located for the purpose of inspection and observing its use.
Lessor's Inspection. Lessor shall have twenty (20) working days from the expiration or termination of this Lease to conduct an inspection to determine if the Premises are in a condition of compliance with the terms of this Lease. Failure to notify Lessee in writing within said twenty (20) working days of any unperformed obligations or covenants of Lessee in connection with this Lease will be deemed to be an acceptance of the surrendered Premises by Lessor, and a release of Lessee form all obligations or covenants of this Lease, pertaining to the condition of the Premises.
