RE: STATSHEETS Both parties have expressed concern over the method of collecting and the resulting pay adjustments. Therefore, the parties agree that any driver with a concern about the methodology or the application of route times, may ask a joint committee to review such. This joint committee will investigate and if necessary recommend adjustments to route times. Nothing in the agreement supersedes the rights of the employee to seek redress through the grievance procedure.
