Route Times. Buses are not to discharge students at their destination schools in the AM before the designated time on the route summary report. Generally, this is 10 minutes before the start of school. However, exceptions are made for unique school conditions. Adjustments to routes must be approved by The Department of Business and Transportation Services.

Route TimesTransportation Supervisor will establish route times at the beginning of each school year.
Route Times. Final time determination of route will be made by the Director of Transportation at the time of the Official Count Day unless a major route change occurs afterwards.
Route Times. Route times will normally operate within the following times: Morning routes 06:00 - 09:30 Noon routes 09:30 - 13:30 Afternoon roures 13:30 - 16:30
Route Times. ● Each Year the Transportation Coordinator will determine the Route time for AM and PM Routes and provide that data to the District Payroll Department. This process will be completed by October 15th of each school year. ● All Routes that are under 2 hours will be assumed at 2 hours for each of the Regular Hired Route Drivers who are assigned an AM or PM Route. Substitute Drivers are not allocated the 2 hour minimum. ● For all Routes that are greater than 2 hours, the Transportation Coordinator will designate the amount of time for that particular route, either AM or PM. Drivers will then be compensated for their time Driving that route at their personal hourly rate, which may include Longevity Pay. ● The designated route times will serve as the basis for route pay for that school year, unless officially changed by the Transportation Coordinator based upon significant changes to that particular route. A Driver may request a review for reconsideration of hours by submitting a written notice to the Transportation Coordinator. ● Compensation for the Bus Route Driver will be assumed at the designated route time, with the exception of some emergency situation that may cause the route to be significantly altered on that particular day, based upon mechanical emergencies or some similar event. In those cases, the Transportation Coordinator can approve a modified time for compensation on that day. ● Morning Routes will assume 15 minutes for Pre Trip Inspection ● Morning Route time will include a set amount of time to return the bus to a bus garage. The designated time allotted for each respective route is as follows: ○ Xxxxxxx adds 15 minutes ○ Xxxxxxx adds 8 minutes ○ Xxxxx adds 5 minutes ○ Leaving the Bus at school adds 0 minutes ○ Mid State adds 20 minutes ● Afternoon Route will assume 25 minutes per route for loading time at all 3 schools. Mid State loading time is calculated separately. ● Fueling Time will be paid as part of the regular daily rate for all routes that are under the 2 hour minimum. ● Fueling Time for routes that exceed the 4 hour minimum will be paid an additional 15 minutes of time on the days that they fill the bus. That added time should be noted using the District Time Clock process. Bus Aides - The Compensation model is outlined later in this Agreement. Related to Route Times

  • Delivery Times 4.1 The delivery times agreed with regard to (parts of) the Performance to be delivered by the Supplier shall be binding. If these delivery times are exceeded, the Supplier shall automatically be in default under the Agreement without notice of default being required to that effect. 4.2 For each calendar day by which the aforesaid delivery times are exceeded, the Supplier shall pay to Wavin an amount of 0.5% of the total sum agreed with a maximum of 10%, which is a genuine pre-estimate of the losses incurred by Xxxxx. 4.3 The Supplier shall always be obliged to provide Wavin in time, and in all cases within 24 hours after the Supplier became aware of this or should reasonably have foreseen this, with adequate and written notification of its impending failure to meet the delivery time. Execution of the Agreement in partial deliveries shall require Xxxxx’s prior written consent. If Wavin so requests, the Supplier shall be obliged to submit a written production or execution schedule and/or to cooperate in progress monitoring.

  • Response Times Qubit bases its response times and the actions it takes to resolve problems on an assessment of the impact of the reported technical issue. The more serious the impact, the higher the assigned priority. For all support issues relating to Customer, Qubit will respond in accordance with Table 1: P1 1 hour 4 hours P2 1 hour 8 hours P3 4 hours 72 hours P4 1 business day Next or a later major release **The Priority Levels are defined in Section II(2) below.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Contract Times The number of days or the dates stated in the Agreement to: (i) achieve Substantial Completion; and (ii) complete the Work so that it is ready for final payment as evidenced by Architect's or Owner’s representative’s written recommendation of final payment.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • DNS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, until the name servers of the parent domain name answer “DNS queries” with data consistent with the change made. This only applies for changes to DNS information.

  • RDDS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, host or contact, up until the servers of the RDDS services reflect the changes made.

  • Lead Times Lead times for delivery of the Products are set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Lead Times”). Supplier shall deliver Products ordered by S&W by the applicable Delivery Date set forth in S&W’s Order, so long as the Delivery Date is consistent with the Lead Times. If applicable Lead Times are not set forth in Schedule B, the Delivery Date shall be such date as reasonably agreed to by the parties.

  • WASH-UP TIME 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Unavailability of Tenor of Benchmark Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, at any time (including in connection with the implementation of a Benchmark Replacement), (A) if the then-current Benchmark is a term rate (including the Term SOFR Reference Rate) and either (1) any tenor for such Benchmark is not displayed on a screen or other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion or (2) the regulatory supervisor for the administrator of such Xxxxxxxxx has provided a public statement or publication of information announcing that any tenor for such Benchmark is not or will not be representative, then the Administrative Agent may modify the definition of “Interest Period” (or any similar or analogous definition) for any Benchmark settings at or after such time to remove such unavailable or non-representative tenor and (B) if a tenor that was removed pursuant to clause (A) above either (1) is subsequently displayed on a screen or information service for a Benchmark (including a Benchmark Replacement) or (2) is not, or is no longer, subject to an announcement that it is not or will not be representative for a Benchmark (including a Benchmark Replacement), then the Administrative Agent may modify the definition of “Interest Period” (or any similar or analogous definition) for all Benchmark settings at or after such time to reinstate such previously removed tenor.
