Level B - Board. An appeal of the decision from Level A may be made, in writing, signed by the Union, to the Board within ten (10) days after the decision from Level A has been received. A meeting shall be held within fifteen (15) days after receiving the appeal from Level A. Present at the meeting shall be the teacher and/or the Union. The teacher and the Union shall receive at least two (2) days notice of the meeting and shall have an opportunity to be heard. The Superintendent and/or the appropriate administrative head may be present at the meeting to state their views. The Board shall notify the Union, in writing, of its decision within five (5) days after the hearing. 15-2.3 Level C - Arbitration

  • Senior Management and Board of Directors 1. A Member State shall not require that a juridical person of that Member State appoint to senior management positions, natural persons of any particular nationality.

Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02

  • Compensation Committee (A) The Compensation Committee shall be composed of not more than five (5) members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members who are not officers of the Company and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement.
