Level One – Student Services Director Sample Clauses

Level One – Student Services Director. The employee or Association shall submit the grievance in writing to the Director of Student Services. The Director or designee shall meet with the employee within ten (10) workdays of receipt of the written complaint. At the conference, the employee shall be represented by the appropriate Association representative. The Program Director or designee shall communicate the decision in writing with copies to the employee and the Association with five (5) workdays of the conference. Level Two – Executive Director If the grievance is not resolved at Level One, the employee or the Association may appeal the decision at Level Two to the Executive Director within ten (10) says after the decision has been received. The appeal shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by a copy of the decision at Level One. The Executive Director or his designee shall meet with the aggrieved employee and the Association within ten (10) workdays of receipt of the appeal. Level Three – Arbitration If the grievance has not been resolved at Level Two, the grievance may then be submitted to arbitration through the American Arbitration Association within thirty (30) calendar days after the meeting with the Executive Director at Level Two. The Board and the Association agree to follow the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. The amount of the arbitrator’s bill shall be shared equally between the Board and the Association. Any other fees or costs which are related to the arbitration shall be paid for by the party who is responsible for incurring such fees or costs.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.
