LICENSE STIPEND. License stipends shall be paid as follows:
LICENSE STIPEND. A. At the start of each school year building administration will determine if a paraprofessional position will function as a “work based” paraprofessional. Persons who serve in these positions shall be eligible for an annual stipend of $200.00 to be made by April 30th of the contract year.
LICENSE STIPEND. Building Supervisors who show evidence of successfully completing test for boiler license or renewal shall be reimbursed the license fee by completing a voucher.
LICENSE STIPEND. A black seal license will be required in order to be hired as a custodian. If a custodian is hired without a black seal license, failure to obtain the Black Seal License in a reasonable time period may result in non-advancement on the salary guide or termination. (See Article VII) Custodians who hold or obtain a license or certification, as noted below, will be paid an annual stipend as indicated below, effective July 1, 2016: *CEFM (Head Custodians Only) $3,000 *HVAC/Refrigeration Recovery (Head Custodians Only) $3,000 *Lead Day Custodian Lafayette School $5,000 *Night Supervisor $3,000 *Employee must demonstrate ability to perform tasks allowed by license or certificate. Half of this stipend shall be paid in December and the remaining half in June The Administration reserves the right to limit the number of staff members that are entitled to receive these stipends. The collective total of the stipend dollars will not exceed $6,000 per year. Courses required to obtain a license or certificate must be approved by the Superintendent. The district will not be obligated to pay for classes, licenses, or certificates that did not receive prior approval.
LICENSE STIPEND. Employees who are in possession of a valid Black Seal Boiler License shall receive a stipend of $550 for 2007/08, $600 for 2008/09, and $ 650 for 2009/10. Half of this stipend shall be paid in July and the remaining half in January. Maintainers who hold or obtain a license or certification, as noted below, will be paid an annual stipend as indicated below, effective July 1, 2004: Electrical $2,000 Plumbing $2,000 HVAC/Refrigeration Recovery $2,500 NJ Pesticide Application License 3A & 3B $1,000 The Pesticide license Stipend shall cease as of June 30, 2008 One half of stipend will be paid mid December pay period; one half mid June pay period on an annual basis.

  • License Scope Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the Product within its business enterprise in the United States up to the maximum licensed capacity stated on the Purchase Order. Product may be accessed, used, executed, reproduced, displayed or performed up to the capacity measured by the applicable licensing unit stated on the Purchase Order (i.e., payroll size, number of employees, CPU, MIPS, MSU, concurrent user, workstation). Licensee shall have the right to use and distribute modifications or customizations of the Product to and for use by any Authorized Users otherwise licensed to use the Product, provided that any modifications, however extensive, shall not diminish Licensor’s proprietary title or interest. No license, right or interest in any trademark, trade name, or service ▇▇▇▇ is granted hereunder.

  • License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses. If the Agreement provides for an annual license fee computed in whole or part by reference to the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets, for purpose of calculating the accrual of estimated expenses such annual fee shall accrue at a daily rate and the Trustee is authorized to compute an estimated license fee payment (i) until the Depositor has informed the Trustee that there will be no further deposits of additional Securities, by reference to an estimate of the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets which the Depositor shall provide the Trustee, (ii) thereafter and during the calendar quarter in which the last business day of the period described in clause (i) occurs, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of such last business day, and (iii) during each subsequent calendar quarter, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of the last business day of the preceding calendar quarter. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof. (17) Sections 2.05(a) and 2.05(b) are hereby amended and replaced in their entirety with the following:

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.
