Head Custodians. 1. Each Head Custodian shall be paid an annual stipend of one-thousand dollars ($1000) for the performance of his/her assigned duties as a Head Custodian payable in twenty-four (24) equal installments beginning July 10th annually.
Head Custodians. 1. The role of Head Custodian will annually be filled for the summer cleaning months to begin June 1 and end on August 31 of each year.
Head Custodians. There shall be one head custodian in each building. The head custodian shall have additional responsibilities as delineated in their job description.
Head Custodians. The workday for head custodians shall be eight (8) hours including 10 a duty-free lunch period of thirty (30) minutes, except in case of emergency. Work day 11 hours may be adjusted during the summer to a 4-day work week period.
Head Custodians. 1. A head custodian for each school building housing more than 300 students shall be appointed annually by the Board. Such position(s) shall be posted prior to such appointment. The annual stipend for head custodian shall be $900.00.

The immediate supervisor and head custodians at each location shall meet bi-weekly to coordinate shift responsibilities. the Board agrees to assign one head custodian for each shift in each building.
Head Custodians. Head Cooks, Head Mechanic - These classifications shall not be permitted to conduct evaluations or recommend discipline on bargaining unit members.

Head Custodians. 1. In all situations, the Head Custodian is responsible for the supervision of personnel assigned to the building in order to maintain a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance. He is authorized and expected to use assigned employees as needed to accomplish the above. No employee is to refuse to comply with a work assignment in any part of a building within his assigned working hours.
Head Custodians. 28.01 These positions will be offered to the most qualified custodian in the district if that custodian can meet the requirements stated in the job description. Determination for qualifications will be made by assessment of building maintenance standards, work record, and work experience.
