Limitations on Use of Services. (a) Access to the Hosted System may not be rented, leased, sold, sub-leased, assigned or otherwise transferred for value by Customer to any third party.
(b) Hosted System and Hosting Services are provided to support the Software, an information management tool. Hosting Services are not guaranteed to be fault-tolerant or to provide fail-safe performance. Hosting Services are not appropriate for use in ultra-hazardous environments where failure of the Hosted System or ASP Environment may lead to bodily injury, death or destruction of property.
(c) Installation of software applications in ASP Environment is limited to software licensed to Customer by ESi and software supplied by ESi either as a component of the Hosted System or to support delivery of Hosting Services.
(d) The Customer shall not conduct any load testing, performance testing or any other test of the Hosted System which may degrade performance or limit or adversely impact availability of the ASP Environment for other customers.
Limitations on Use of Services. A. Client shall only use the Services for evaluating trade-in vehicles or in marketing vehicles to potential consumer or wholesale buyers.
B. Client must not use the Services for any Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) purpose such as credit extension, insurance, employment or other purposes under Section 604 of the FCRA. Client may use Services to evaluate collateral. Client may not use Services to evaluate consumers.
C. With the exception of Client’s fulfillment of a consumer request for Services, Client shall not resell or license the Services to any third party.
D. Client shall not represent that Experian warrants or otherwise certifies the quality of any vehicle, and Client will not use the Experian name, the AutoCheck name or this relationship to make such a representation to its Clients or end-users.
Limitations on Use of Services. Customer shall only leverage the Services provided by Leidos in compliance with applicable Laws and these Terms and the applicable Order Form pursuant to which such Services were provided.
Limitations on Use of Services. Customer shall only use the Services for the uses specified in an Order and shall not sell or distribute any of the Services, Replica Data or any other data obtained from use of the Services without the express authorization of Replica.

Limitations on Use of Services. End User expressly represents that it is not a reseller as defined in the FCRA and shall not resell the Approved Services in any manner. End User must not use the Approved Services for any Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) purpose such as credit extension, insurance, employment or other purposes under Section 604 of the FCRA. With the exception of End User’s fulfillment of a consumer request for Approved Services, End User shall not resell or license the Approved Services to any third party. End User shall not represent that MeridianLink or Experian warrants or otherwise certifies the quality of any DA Fraud and Identity Solutions Services, and End User will not use the MeridianLink or Experian name, the Precise ID name or this relationship to make such a representation to consumers or any third parties.

Notwithstanding any limitations described elsewhere in this Agreement, JPP may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services, including without limitation individual or aggregate transaction limits on the dollar amount or number of Payment Transactions during any specified time period(s). JPP reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including hours of operation or availability of the Services or any Service feature, without notice and without liability. JPP also reserves the right to impose limits on certain Service features or restrict access to some or all of the Services without notice and without liability. JPP may decline to process any Payment Transaction without prior notice to you. JPP may limit or suspend your use of one or more Services at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion. If JPP suspends your use of a Service, JPP will attempt to notify you by electronic mail. Suspension of your use of a Service will not affect your rights and obligations pursuant to this Agreement arising before or after such suspension or with respect to any non- terminated Services.

Limitations on Use of Services. Customer shall not remove any identification, proprietary, copyright, or other notices in the Services or documentation. In addition, Customer has no permission to reverse the Services into source code, to decompile, disassemble, or analyse the Services by "reverse engineering", to create derivative works of the Services, to merge the Services with other software, to sublicense, sell, lease or otherwise encumber its rights granted by Hyperfox (unless expressly authorized by Hyperfox) and each attempt thereto shall constitute an infringement, unless such act is expressly permitted by compelling law. Customer shall notify Hyperfox immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user ID or any other known or suspected breach of security, use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of the Services that is known or suspected by Customer, and shall not provide false identity information to gain access to or use the Services. The Customer must not use the Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Services. The Customer must not use the Services in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. In case of infringement, Hyperfox reserves all its rights to prove and obtain compensation for its full damages incurred by such infringement. This article does not prevent Hyperfox from obtaining an equitable relief in summary or other proceedings.
