Limits on Accumulating Paid Time Off. Paid time off accumulation shall be limited to a 24-month accrual at any time. Any portion above a 24-month accrual of unused paid time off shall be forfeited; unless the reason for not taking such paid time off is at management's direction, as under emergency conditions. In such event unused paid time off shall not be forfeited.
