Linens. A basic supply of linens is provided in each property. Agent does not provide daily housekeeping or linen service, and bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. You can exchange dirty linens for clean linens at our laundry facility. The startup set of bath soap, toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, are not replenished.

Linens. A basic supply of bath towels and linens based on the number of expected Guests is provided in the Rental Home. Bath towels and linens are not changed during the Reservation Period. If you require clean towels and linens, please feel free to use the laundry facilities in the Rental Home.
Linens. Table linens are inspected prior to pick up and upon return. DO NOT ROLL UP OR PLACE WET LINENS IN ANY BAG – mildew will result. If there is obvious damage such as mildew, excessive stains, xxxxx or tears, you will be charged the cost of the linen and keep same as though it were a sale. Return all linens dry and free of waste.

Linens. The Property rented by Guest may or may not include linens, either as part of the applicable Building Registration Fee or otherwise. If Guest's rental does not include linens, Vantage can arrange for linen packages through third-party providers who will deliver linens to the Property on Guest's Arrival Date. If Guest selected a linen package at the time of booking, the cost will include the "Linen Fee" and the prevailing "MD State Linen Tax" listed on the Cover Page of this Agreement, which shall be due and paid as part of Guest's Balance Payment. If Guest did not select a linen package at the time of booking, and linens are not included with the property rental (as indicated on Page 1), guest must bring all sheets, towels and pillowcases needed for their stay. Guests may also purchase a linen package up to seven (7) days prior to Guest's Arrival Date. In this case: (a) payment shall be due immediately and will be changed to Guest's credit card on file unless alternative payment arrangements are made by Guest pursuant to subsection 5(C); and (b) Guest should not assume a linen package has been purchased until receiving a confirmation of such from Vantage. If Guest purchases a linen package, Guest shall remove the sheets and pillowcases from the beds and place them, along with the rest of the linens provided, in the bags provided by the linen vendor and leave them near the front door of the Property to be picked up on the Guest's Departure Date. If linens are not provided or provided in an untimely manner, Vantage will work diligently to assist Guest in procuring linens through the third-party provider, but this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Vantage is not responsible for the condition or the timing of the delivery of the linens and no refunds or rebates will be provided.
