Loading Requirements. Adequate loading areas shall be provided so that all vehicles loading, maneuvering, or unloading are completely off the public ways and so that all vehicles need not back onto any public way. Reference Section 20-1087, Chapter 20, Zoning, Racine County Code of Ordinances, as applicable to the Village of Yorkville.
Loading Requirements. FSS buildings are intended for manufacturing, storage, showroom, department store, market, laundry, dry cleaning, retail, and warehouse and wholesale store subject to conditional use permit approval, or other use involving the receipt or distribution of vehicles, material or merchandise, will have adequate space for standing, loading and unloading services in order to avoid undue interference with the vehicular movement through the site. Each building shall have at least one loading space, which shall be a minimum of 10-feet by 25-feet, with 14-foot height clearance. The space shall be so situated that no part of a truck or van using the loading space will prevent the flow of traffic.
