Local Assistance. Assists CLEC End User Customers requesting help or information on placing or completing EAS/local calls, connects CLEC End User Customers to home NPA Directory Assistance, and provides other information and guidance, including referral to the business office and repair, as may be consistent with Qwest’s customary practice for providing End User Customer assistance.
Local Assistance. If the MAGNUS control center ("MCC") operators deems that in-person assistance is required to assist Customer, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may utilize third party contractors to provide direct assistance to Customer, such as by third party providing supplies or equipment, cash etc..
Local Assistance. Agency shall provide a local point of contact to assist with the delivery of services. Examples of activities expected from the point of contact are:
i. Coordinate and schedule resources at the Agency for support and installation activities.
ii. Attend administrative training sessions and meetings related to the services in this agreement.
iii. Coordinate and facilitate communication with end-users (e.g. teachers) as it relates with the use of the system.
Local Assistance. The Agency shall provide a local point of contact to assist ICOE with the ICOE’s delivery of services. Examples of activities expected from the point of contact are:
i. Coordinate and schedule resources at the Agency for support and installation activities.
ii. Participate in meetings with ICOE staff related to the coordination of services in this Agreement.
iii. Coordinate and facilitate communication with end-users (e.g. teachers) as it relates with support activities.
Local Assistance. The Zhenfa Group shall provide the Company with such assistance as mutually agreed by the Parties to assist the Company in obtaining all required licenses, permits or other governmental authorizations relating to the manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution of the Products within the Territory, including but not limited to any export or import license or permit.

Local Assistance. As MCOG staff, Dow & Associates has a successful history of providing local assistance to our member and partner agencies. There has been a particular need for this assistance as programs continue to change at the State and federal level. This has been of benefit not only to the smaller agencies, but to larger agencies as well. We will continue to provide assistance with tasks involved in management and delivery of projects, such as project reporting and meeting eligibility requirements under SB 1, grant application assistance, and data collection, such as traffic or bike and pedestrian counts, and coordinating with Caltrans for FSTIP programming and amendments for federal funded projects. The task may also include assistance with preparation of initiation documents for State programs or the Regional Transportation Improvement Program. We will participate in local agency/ Caltrans status meetings for the Cities and County as a way to stay up to date on project milestones and ensure timely use of funds, and schedule additional meetings if needed.
