Local Business Hours. 9.00am to 5.00pm local time at the place at which the datacentre is located. Normal Business Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm local UK time, each Business Day. Offer: the offer made by the Customer when it confirms acceptance (by any means, including by email) of a Proposal. Order: the binding order formed when the Supplier accepts the Customer Offer, either expressly or by delivering Services pursuant to the Offer. Payment Terms: the terms relating to invoicing and payment, as set out in the Order. Product(s): any products, software or other proprietary technology owned by the Supplier or any third party and licensed or otherwise provided for use in relation to the Services; Proposal: a proposal for Services which is either (i) specified or set out on the Supplier’s Website, or (ii) issued directly to the Customer by the Supplier.
Local Business Hours. This Service provides for Lenovo to carry out installation and setup services remotely for Lenovo Supported Products. As our service is dependent upon the input of your users (for example, your users will need to login into their current desktops, in order for their data to be migrated), our on-site and remote technicians operate during normal business hours. This remote service is not available on bank holidays or weekends. Customer acknowledges and gives consent to the access to their Lenovo Product for this purpose.
