Common use of Location Allowance Clause in Contracts

Location Allowance. (a) A location allowance of $18.87 per week shall be paid to Employees supplied with Company provided accommodation or paid a living away from home allowance as provided for in Clause 4.10 of this Agreement for each week they are employed on the Project. All local Employees bound by this Agreement shall receive a location allowance of $28.30 per week.

All local Employees bound by this Agreement shall receive a location allowance of $28.30 per week.

(a) 3.6.1 A location allowance of $18.87 15.93 per week shall be paid to Employees supplied with Company provided accommodation or employees paid a living away from home allowance as provided for in Clause 4.10 3.7 of this Agreement for each week they are employed on the ProjectWorks. All local Employees other employees bound by this Agreement shall receive a location allowance of $28.30 23.90 per week.

Location Allowance. (a) A location allowance of $18.87 11.33 per week shall be paid to Employees employees supplied with Company provided accommodation or paid a living away from home allowance as provided for in Clause 4.10 3.10 of this Agreement for each week they are employed on the Project. All local Employees bound by this Agreement shall receive a location allowance of $28.30 per week.

(a) A location allowance of $18.87 19.06 per week shall be paid to Employees supplied with Company provided accommodation or paid a living away from home allowance as provided for in Clause 4.10 of this Agreement for each week they are employed on the Project. All local Employees bound by this Agreement shall receive a location allowance of $28.30 per week.
