Location and Inspection. Proper and complete books of account and records of the business of the Company will be kept at the Company’s principal office and at other places as may be designated by the members. Notice will be given to each member of any changes in the location of the Company books and records. The Company books and records will be open to inspection, audit and copying by any member, or the designated representative of a member, upon reasonable notice at any time during business hours for any purpose reasonably related to the member’s interest in the Company. Any information obtained or copied will be kept and maintained in strict confidence except as otherwise required by law.
Location and Inspection. 21.1 Other than portable Goods, you must not move the Goods from their location noted on the Rental Agreement without our prior written consent.

The Equipment will not be removed from, or if the Equipment consists of rolling stock, its permanent base will not be changed from, the Equipment Location without Lessor's prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Lessor will be entitled to enter upon the Equipment Location or elsewhere at all reasonable times to inspect the Equipment or observe its use and operation, and Lessor and its agents shall have such rights of access to the Equipment as may be reasonably necessary to cause the proper maintenance of the Equipment in the event of failure by Lessee to perform its obligations hereunder. Notwithstanding its designation as Lessor, the Lessor does not own the Equipment and by this Agreement is merely financing the acquisition thereof for Lessee. Lessor does not operate, control or have possession of the Equipment and has no control over the Lessee or the Lessee’s operation, use, storage or maintenance of the Equipment.
Location and Inspection a) You may move the equipment to meet the operational needs of the venue. Moving of equipment will be within the site only. If equipment needs to be relocated to a different store, you will contact Bepoz Global Pty. Limited for support. If any equipment needs to be relocated to another venue, Bepoz Global Pty. Limited will be contacted and charges will apply for a technician to go on-site.

Lessee shall only maintain and occupy the Modular Unit/Equipment at the location set forth in the lease and shall not relocate such Modular Unit/Equipment from its initial location, without Lessor’s express prior written consent. Barring an emergency, Lessor shall give the Lessee forty-eight (48) hours advance notice and shall not enter the Modular Unit/Equipment, unless in the presence of an employee or agent of the Lessee. Xxxxxx’s failure to comply with the terms of this section shall be a material breach of this lease.

Lessee agrees that Lessor shall have the right to enter any premises where the Equipment may be located at any reasonable time for purposes of inspecting the same and without notice or liability to Lessee remove or disable the Equipment if, in the opinion of Lessor, it is being used or kept in violation of this Rental Agreement.
