Location of Grievance Meetings. The University will provide an appropriate room for grievance meetings. Where an on-campus meeting is not practical because of the employee’s work site, the parties agree that such a meeting could be conducted through other media such as teleconference or videoconference. Agreement will be by mutual consent, but will not be unreasonably withheld.
Location of Grievance Meetings. No step in the grievance procedure, no meeting of the Joint Conference Board and no arbitration hearing shall take place on any property owned, occupied or controlled by the Union or any affiliated entity.
