Location of Negotiations. All negotiations will be conducted at DOC/NOAA facilities. The Parties may use alternatives to face-to-face negotiations. Preparation for Negotiations Official time shall be in accordance with Article 7 (Union Representation) of this Agreement. Exchange of Proposals, including Counter Proposals, will be exchanged in accordance with Article 9 Section 2.
Location of Negotiations. Negotiations shall be conducted at a mutually agreed upon location.
