Locks; Keys. Tenant shall not alter any lock or install any new or additional locks or bolts on any doors or windows of the Premises without obtaining Landlord’s prior written consent. Tenant shall bear the cost of any lock changes or repairs required by Tenant. Landlord for the Premises shall furnish two keys, and any additional keys required by Tenant must be obtained from Landlord at a reasonable cost to be established by Landlord.
Locks; Keys. Tenant shall not alter, change, replace or rekey any lock or install a new lock or a knocker on any door of the Premises. Landlord, its agents or employees will retain a master key to all door locks on the Premises. Any new door locks required by Tenant or any change in keying of existing locks will be installed or changed by Landlord following Tenant’s written request to Landlord and will be at Tenant’s expense. All new locks and rekeyed locks will remain operable by Landlord’s master key. Landlord will furnish to Tenant, free of charge, the number of keys and Building access cards stated in Section 7.2 of the Lease. Landlord will have the right to collect a reasonable charge for additional keys and cards requested by Tenant. Tenant, upon termination of its tenancy, will deliver to Landlord all keys and access cards for the Premises and Building which have been furnished to Tenant. Tenant shall keep the doors of the Premises closed and securely locked when Tenant is not at the Premises.
Locks; Keys. No additional locks or bolts of any kind shall be placed on any of the doors or windows by Tenant. Notwithstanding, Tenant shall be permitted to install its own interior security system subject to Landlord's prior approval which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall, on the termination of Tenant's tenancy, deliver to Landlord all keys to any space within the Building, either furnished to or otherwise procured by Tenant, and in the event of the loss of any keys furnished Tenant shall pay Landlord the cost thereof. Tenant, before closing and leaving the Leased Premises, shall ensure that all its windows are closed and its entrance doors locked.
Locks; Keys. If Tenant loses any key to any lock on Premises, or fails to return all keys, with each key labeled, to Landlord at the termination of this Rental Agreement, Tenant agrees to pay a minimum of
Locks; Keys. Tenant shall not alter or add any lock or lock cylinder in any door without the written consent of Landlord. If such consent is given, Tenant shall immediately provide Landlord with a key for the use of Landlord or Landlord's agent pursuant to Landlord's right of access to the premises. Landlord may retain a passkey to the premises. Xxxxxx agrees that all locks throughout the premises have been examined and Xxxxxx is satisfied that the same are suitable and in good working order so as to afford a reasonable degree of safety and security. If keys are not returned at the end of tenancy there will be a twenty-five dollar ($25) charge for each entrance doorkey not returned and for each bedroom key not returned resulting in the lock set replacement.
Locks; Keys. Tenant will be given 1 key to the premises and 1 mailbox key. If all keys are not returned to the Landlord following termination of lease, Tenant shall be charged twenty five dollars ($25.00) per key. Changing locks on doors or mailbox is not permitted.
Locks; Keys. No additional locks shall be placed upon any doors of the Premises or of the Building; and, Tenant will not permit any duplicate keys to be made. All necessary keys will be furnished by Landlord, but if more than two keys for any door lock shall be desired, the additional number must be paid for by Tenant. Upon the termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord all keys to the premises.
Locks; Keys. The Undersigned will not change or add any locks nor duplicate any University keys without the prior written consent of the University. All keys to University locks are to be returned at the time of vacating said apartment. The cost of any keys not returned, as well as the costs of any subsequent lock change(s), will be paid by the Undersigned.

You agree to supply the Landlord with any keys, upon demand within three (3) days. You agree to pay the cost of a locksmith and for new locks if you do not return all keys the day of vacating.
