Local Residents Local residents shall not be entitled to commercial accommodation and board or subsistence allowance. On camp jobs they shall not be entitled to camp accommodation.
Maryland Residents To the extent, if any, that Maryland law applies to Your Account, We elect to offer Your Card Account pursuant to Title 12, Subtitle 9 of the Maryland Commercial Law Article.
Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d). Residents In accordance with the provisions of all applicable state and federal statutes, as amended from time to time, the Manager shall use its best efforts to maintain the resident census at the Facility in such numbers and in such a manner as, in the Manager's judgment, will tend to maintain the financial stability of the Facility and will comply with the covenants in any Financing Agreement.
California Residents A married applicant may apply for a separate Account. Applicants: 1) may, after credit approval, use the credit card Account up to its credit limit; 2) may be liable for amounts extended under the plan to any joint applicant. As required by law, You are hereby notified that a negative credit report reflecting on Your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if You fail to fulfill the terms of Your credit obligations.
Departmental Seniority Departmental seniority is defined as the length of employment within the employee’s current department. Department seniority shall accrue as of the first day of employment or transfer into a new department.
Secretariat 1. The secretariat established by Article 8 of the Convention shall serve as the secretariat of this Agreement.
2. Article 8, paragraph 2, of the Convention on the functions of the secretariat, and Article 8, paragraph 3, of the Convention on arrangements made for the functioning of the secretariat shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Agreement. The secretariat shall, in addition, exercise the functions assigned to it under this Agreement and by the CMA.
citizens abroad Unless the circumstances described in the parenthetical in paragraph 1 above are applicable, either (a) at the time the buy order was originated, the buyer was outside the United States or we and any person acting on our behalf reasonably believed that the buyer was outside the United States or (b) the transaction was executed in, on or through the facilities of a designated offshore securities market, and neither we nor any person acting on our behalf knows that the transaction was pre-arranged with a buyer in the United States.
Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Indigenous Peoples The Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, ensure that the Project does not cause any impact on indigenous people within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and the SPS.
